Our Facility

Defined Health and Fitness is located in the heart of Wading River (behind the Hess gas station in the King Kullen Shopping Center). Designed with you in mind, it boasts the latest state-of-the-art equipment cardio, flexibility and strength training equipment by brands including Cybex, Startrac, Hammer Strength and Life Fitness. The equipment is suitable for adults, seniors, teens, youths, and athletes. Parents can drop their kids off at our child care center while they work out, and check in on them with tvs located throughout the facility.
